2.本证明书只用于前款特定用途，不得转让，不得作为担保、融资等其他事项的证明。

 

3.本证明书为正本，只限送往证明接受人，涂改、复印无效。我行(部)对被证明人、证明书接受人运用本资信证明书产生的后果，不承担任何法律责任。

 

4.本证明书经我行(部)负责人或授权代理人签字并加盖公章后方能生效。

 

5.本证明书包括中英文版本各一份，两种文字有抵触时，以中文文本为准。

 

6.本证明书适用中华人民共和国法律。

 

7.本证明书的解释权归我行(部)所有。
